The external plastic coating begins to peel off and you can see the underlying iron: the handle inevitably rusts in contact with atmospheric agents or water mixed with detergents for floor washing. This happens regularly and very quickly in the case of plastic coated metal handles.

Because we only produce PAINTED coated ones: our metal handles are treated and painted with epoxy-polyester thermosetting powders that adhere through electrostatic effect. The result is a uniform, continuous, homogeneous and very resistant film.
Painting process avoids the detachment problem that occurs with plastic coated handles. Powder has an anticorrosive function thanks to its higher resistance to chemical and climatic agents. This feature is always more strategic on the basis of the increasing use of handles for mops and floor cleaning tools.
Our handles are completely PLASTIC FREE, making the product eco-sustainable and with a significantly higher life cycle than traditional plastic coated ones.
