INFORMATION TO VISITORS
REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 679/2016 AND ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 AS MODIFIED BY ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 101/2018
Our Company has always been very attentive to the aspects of personal data protection and to the respect of the principles of confidentiality and dignity of persons.
In this light, please read the following information notice.
FASS S.p.a., with registered office in via C. A. dalla Chiesa 984, 51036 Larciano (PT), in its capacity as Data Controller, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, pursuant to and by effect of EU Regulation 2016/679, hereby informs the data subject that the personal data concerning them, acquired by the Data Controller or that will be subsequently requested and/or communicated by third parties, are necessary and will be used for the purposes indicated below.
PURPOSES AND LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING
The purposes for which the data are collected are the following:
- Registration and management of access to company premises;
- Verification of visitors’ identity and tracking of presence, for security reasons;
- Fulfillment of any legal obligations regarding safety, health at work, and prevention (e.g., in case of emergencies or evacuations);
- Management of access for visits, deliveries, or maintenance work.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The processing is lawful based on art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of EU Regulation 679/2016, namely the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, connected to the correct management of access to the facility.
METHOD OF PROCESSING AND OBLIGATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY
Data processing is carried out using electronic tools and/or paper supports, by subjects committed to confidentiality, with logic related to the purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The collected data will not be subject to disclosure or dissemination to third parties as per law.
COMMUNICATION TO THIRD PARTIES
Your personal data may be communicated to third parties known to us only and exclusively for the aforementioned purposes and, in particular, to the following categories of subjects:
- External companies that perform services on our behalf;
- Bodies and Public Administrations for legal compliance;
- Professionals who can provide support in legal compliance.
Such subjects will process personal data as Data Processors or independent Data Controllers.
RETENTION PERIODS
Pursuant to art. 5 of EU Regulation 679/2016, “Principles relating to processing of personal data,” personal data are kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
The personal data of data subjects may also be retained for longer periods in compliance with the requirements relating to current legal regulations (for example, regarding accounting) and, in any case, by applying every technical and organizational measure suitable for activating data anonymization mechanisms.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to current legislation, the data subject may assert their rights against the Data Controller, as expressed by art. 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016.
In addition to these rights, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the event provided for by law.
